A dining experience to remember
To commemorate Big Green Egg’s 50th anniversary, we are hosting a one-off immersive experience to help you master the art of outdoor fire cooking using local ingredients in a truly beautiful setting.
Get back to basics by cooking and dining either in the dappled summer shade of ancient oak trees or under starlit skies illuminated by candle light in this incredible restaurant without walls. Experience a menu that tells the story of the woodland around you on a long family style feasting table.
Friday 5th July
During this experience, you and your fellow guests will learn how to cook a series of four vegetable-led dishes on the egg. Although the focus is on fire-cooking vegetable dishes, we will have plenty of protein for carnivorous guests.
On arrival, enjoy a foraged botanist cocktail before our expert team guides you through a tutorial to create your own dishes. We offer two sittings, lunch and dinner, if you are joining the evening sitting, you have the option to continue your journey and camp under the stars (BYO) and enjoy a sumptuous fire cooked breakfast the following morning.
