A cast-iron warranty

Every Big Green Egg we sell comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for materials and workmanship, covering all the core ceramic components that make up the real engine room of the EGG. All other parts and accessories have generous warranty coverage too, reflecting the quality of their material and the durability of their construction. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we’ll make it our mission to get your EGG back up and working as quickly as possible.

It is important to us that the quality of our products is mirrored by the speed and professionalism of our customer services. Everything from warranty support and returns to requests for information or advice is handled by a small team of experts based here in our UK headquarters.
