If you want your EGG and Rathfinny wine offer to arrive before Christmas, make sure you order by 15th December.
For guaranteed delivery before Christmas for accessories and charcoal orders, make sure you place the order by 17th December.
DELIVERY
Orders over £50 will be shipped to you free of charge. Parcel orders under this amount will incur a delivery charge of £10. Additional surcharges will apply for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. The current lead time for parcel deliveries is approximately 1-2 working days.
The EGG will be shipped to you on a pallet under standard shipping, unless opting for an alternative delivery method listed below.
Our current lead time for kerbside pallet delivery is from 5 working days. You will be able to select a convenient delivery date when you check out.
Standard kerbside delivery within mainland UK is free of charge and occurs through a third party courier. Certain postcodes may incur additional shipping surcharges. With this delivery method, our courier will deliver the EGG kerbside outside your property on a pallet. You'll need an additional strong pair of hands to bring it through to your garden, as the EGG and base are heavy. You'll also need to dispose of the pallet. Our third party shipping courier operates Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 6pm.
Your EGG will come specially strapped, wrapped and shrink wrapped to a Euro pallet measuring approximately 1.2m X 1.2m. It will be delivered on a lorry with a tail-gate lift. Please ensure you have space to receive the delivery lorry and the pallet.
It will be your responsibility to remove the packaging, lift the EGG off of the pallet and wheel/carry into position and to then discard the pallet and packaging.
Can the courier easily access your house?
If you are based in a city, please ensure there are no:
- Daytime restrictions for delivery vehicles
- Parking restrictions
- Weight limits
- Time limits
- Bus lanes
- Pedestrian only areas
If you live in the country, please ensure there are no:
- Overhanging trees or obstructions
- Soft or uneven surfaces
- Narrow lanes
The delivery courier operates under a kerbside delivery policy. The driver is under no obligation to move or unpack the EGG inside the property. It will be delivered “kerbside” to your property.
When unloading the EGG from the vehicle, the driver cannot be expected to move the EGG on the hand pallet truck over uneven, sloping, shingled, or graveled surfaces. Please ensure there is easy flat access to your driveway.
Additional surcharges may apply if the delivery address is outside of mainland England or you would like an upgraded service.
For shipping upgrades please contact our Customer Support Team via email or telephone after you have paid for your order to arrange a shipping upgrade.
Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the EGG. Please take time to unpack and inspect your EGG. DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR EGG WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST.
If any damage has been caused during shipping, you MUST make a note of this on the delivery note and immediately notify Alfresco Concepts Ltd on 01962 793800.
By signing the delivery receipt WITHOUT noting damage, you have legally acknowledged receiving the goods in perfect condition and are providing the carrier with a clean receipt. This mitigates your chance to prove the goods were damaged before arriving at your premises and you could be left with no recourse for your damaged EGG.
Ireland Deliveries: We are currently experiencing delays delivering pallets to Ireland and Northern Ireland due to volumes passing through customs. Please contact our Customer Services Team on [email protected] for more information.
*Premium White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service
Alternatively, we offer a 2 Man Premium White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service where we will deliver and assemble your EGGs at your property; this is popular for EGG and table configurations. Please do note that this service may delay your delivery slightly and is only currently available in South East England.
If you cancel your White Glove delivery within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date, you will be recharged in full for rebooking the White Glove service.
Due to the high demand for our Premium White Glove service, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on your local area. If you require a quicker service please contact our Customer Service team on 01962 793800 who will be able to advise further.

Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available from our warehouse near Winchester in Hampshire. We will advise you of the address when your order is ready to collect. Please note currently click and collect is available Tuesday - Thursday 10am-4pm and only certain products.
