Pre-AssemblyWith pre-assembly, our technicians will assemble your EGG in our warehouse. It will arrive on the kerbside securely placed on a pallet, as with standard delivery, but pre-built so there’s less work for you to do. This service is only available for a MiniMax in a Carrier, a Large or Extra Large EGG in an IntEGGrated Nest. |
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Accessory Delivery
Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
For orders under this amount, a £10 delivery charge will apply.
Additional surcharges will apply for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
The current lead time for parcel deliveries is approximately 1-3 working days.
Egg Delivery
The EGG will be shipped on a pallet via standard shipping, unless you choose an alternative delivery method listed below.
Our current lead time for kerbside pallet delivery is approximately 5 - 7 working days. You will be able to select a convenient delivery date when you check out.
Standard kerbside delivery within mainland UK is free of charge and fulfilled by a third-party courier. Please note that additional surcharges will apply for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Certain postcodes may also incur additional shipping surcharges.
With this delivery method, our courier will deliver the EGG kerbside, outside your property, on a pallet. You'll need an additional strong pair of hands to move it through to your garden, as the EGG and base are heavy. You'll also need to dispose of the pallet.
Our third-party courier operates Monday - Friday between 9am - 6pm.
Your EGG will arrive strapped and shrink wrapped to a pallet measuring approximately 1.2m X 1.2m. It will be delivered on a lorry with a tail lift, so please ensure there is space to receive the delivery vehicle and the pallet.
It will be your responsibility to remove the packaging, lift the EGG off the pallet and wheel or carry into position. You'll also need to dispose of the pallet and packaging after the delivery.
Can the courier easily access your property?
To ensure a smooth delivery, please check that your location is accessible to a large delivery vehicle.
If you are based in a city, please ensure there are no:
- Daytime restrictions for delivery vehicles
- Parking restrictions
- Weight limits
- Time limits
- Bus lanes
- Pedestrian only areas
If you live in the country, please ensure there are no:
- Overhanging trees or obstructions
- Soft or uneven surfaces
- Narrow lanes
Delivery Inspection
Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the EGG. Please take time to unpack and inspect your EGG before signing.
DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR EGG WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST.
If any damage has been occurred during shipping, you MUST make a note of this on the delivery note and immediately notify Alfresco Concepts Ltd on 01962 793800.
By signing the delivery receipt WITHOUT noting damage, you are legally acknowledging that the goods were received in perfect condition and are providing the carrier with a clean receipt. This mitigates your chance to prove the goods were damaged before arriving at your premises and you could be left with no recourse for your damaged EGG.

*Premium White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service
Alternatively, we offer a 2 Man Premium White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service where our team will deliver and assemble your EGG at your property. This option is especially popular for EGG and table configurations.
Please do note that this service may delay your delivery time slightly, and is only currently available in South East England, Manchester and select surrounding areas. Please contact us should you have any special requirements.
If you cancel your White Glove delivery within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date, you will be recharged in full for rebooking the service.
Due to high demand, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. If you require a quicker service, please contact our Customer Service team on 01962 793800 who will be able to advise further.

Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available from our warehouse near Winchester in Hampshire. We will advise you of the address when your order is ready to collect.
