LEAD TIMES
Lead time for our White Glove service is approximately 1-2 weeks.
You will receive a text with a confirmed date for your booking and a 4-6-hour time window. Unfortunately, we cannot take specific time requests, but feel free to contact us closer to the date for a smaller window. If we can help, we will.
On the day of our arrival, you will receive an email or text giving you 30-minutes’ notice before we arrive. If you’re booked to be our first stop of the day, you’ll receive a text the day before.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
Most installations take 30-60 minutes.
If your garden has clear side access, we’ll take your products directly to your chosen spot and unpack them there. If we need to carry items through your house, we will unbox everything first and then carry it through bit by bit to avoid any damage.
Our friendly two-person team will fully assemble and install your EGG and base. Once it’s installed we will offer you a tour of your EGG (although we don’t light it) and answer any questions.
Finally, we will gather up the packaging and take it away with us.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
We will arrive in a 2.5m high-top transit van. Please inform us in advance of any specific parking restrictions, red zones, restricted hours etc.
If you have a driveway, please allow us to park as close as possible to your home, as some of the items are large and heavy.
If you’re in the process of having other garden works done, please ensure our access route is level, clear and safe. If not, it may result in delivery being refused and a further charge being incurred.
Please clear all access paths prior to our arrival and allow enough space for us close to the installation spot to build your EGG and base.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your White Glove delivery within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date, you will be recharged in full for rebooking the service.
