The roots of Big Green Egg were planted in 1974 when our founder Ed Fisher started shipping kamado grills from Japan to his home town of Atlanta, Georgia. Fired up by the public response, he began designing a grill of his own, and the EGG was born. Together with our 1974 Beanie and 1974 Scarf, these gloves celebrate that occasion while offering the warmth needed by an alfresco cook through the colder months. The gloves, which come in Big Green Egg green with a light beige pattern, are filled with a soft teddy lining to make them extra comfortable. The cuffs are emblazoned with subtle Big Green Egg 1974 patch complete with the words: ‘Invented for those with good taste.’
