This year, Moor Hall in Lancashire became one of only 10 restaurants in the whole of the UK to hold three Michelin stars – the ultimate accolade. Helmed by chef Mark Birchall, its reputation has been built on a refined, produce-driven tasting menu that celebrates British ingredients at their best.
Set in a stunning 16th-century country manor house just outside Ormskirk, Moor Hall is home to 14 beautiful guest bedrooms and a second restaurant, The Barn, which also holds a Michelin star of its own.
