We’ve joined forces with multi-Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan to offer a spectacular prize draw, exclusive to members of the Big Green Egg Club, with prizes worth more than £1,700.
Simon is the chef-owner of the legendary L’Enclume in Cartmel, Cumbria, as well as other acclaimed restaurants in the Lake District and further afield. At the heart of his operation is Our Farm, a 12-acre regenerative farm in the Cartmel Valley where he and his team raise livestock and grow vegetables, fruits and herbs.

What’s up for grabs?

RIB OF BEEF WITH AYNSOME BEAN DRESSING
As an extra treat for members of The Club, Simon Rogan has shared with us this beautiful recipe for beef on the bone, cooked on the EGG in a very special herb rub and served with a fermented green bean and chilli dressing.
