The Standard Hotel, part of a globe-spanning group of boutique hotels, is located in a stunning 1974 Brutalist tower in London’s King’s Cross. The line up of chefs for the hotel’s Big Green Egg barbecue supper clubs this summer is as eye-catching as the extraordinary building hosting them. It features three cooks with cult followings and serious cooking chops.

RIAZ PHILLIPS
Riaz Phillips is a writer, videomaker, photographer and cook, born and raised in London but steeped in the culinary culture of his Caribbean heritage. His book West Winds, which won every award going, explores the richness, diversity and joy of Jamaican cooking. Cooking over fire is central to that cuisine, as this flavour-packed supper club will show.

DECATUR
Decatur was founded by American former punk musician Tom Browne who fell in love with the food of New Orleans and Baton Rouge and, on moving to the UK, set about sharing his obsession with his adopted homeland through pop-ups, parties and meal kits. Expect big, authentic Southern flavours and lashings of seafood.
