High quality ingredients, expertly prepped
Our friend Tom Kerridge has put us in touch with the Copas family in Berkshire, producers of some of the country’s best heritage-breed turkeys, so the bird in your box will be a real beauty.
Meanwhile, the rest of the dishes – there are 10 in total, plus all the sauces and condiments you could hope for – have been carefully sourced and expertly prepped by Tom’s team at his Michelin-starred restaurant The Hand and Flowers, and come with simple step-by-step instructions for cooking them either on your Big Green Egg or in your kitchen.
There are enough ingredients in the box to feed 4-6 people, but the 5kg turkey will leave you with plenty of leftovers!
