Click and Collect is available from our warehouse near Winchester in Hampshire. We will advise you of the address when your order is ready to collect. Please note currently click and collect is available on Tuesday - Friday 10am-4pm and only certain products.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a delivery option that allows you to pick up your items from our Hampshire HQ. Depending on what’s in your basket, this may be one of the options available at checkout.

When will I be able to collect my order?
We will send you an email once your order is ready to collect from our Head Office in Hampshire. Our Click & Collect opening hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10am-4pm. Please call us on 01962 793800 if you want to collect outside of these hours. Your order will be held for 7 days.
What do I need to bring with me?
When you collect we’ll ask you for your order number.
Why is Click & Collect not available for my order?
If a Click & Collect option isn’t available at checkout, it means that some of the products in your order are not eligible. Please visit the Click & Collect collections page here to view available products.
