Created in partnership with Provenance Village Butcher in London, this is the perfect Meat Box for feeding a gathering of family or friends – simple to cook, fun to share, and appealing to a wide range of people.
Featuring a generous selection of free-range, pasture-fed beef, chicken and lamb, this is classic barbecue fare, but with plenty of potential for an adventurous cook. The box also contains recipe cards designed to help you get the most from your meat.
Everything has been sourced from small-scale, low-intervention farms in England that share a commitment to animal welfare, traditional breeds and sustainable farming methods. The hard work and integrity of the producers shines through in the quality of the meat.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
1 x 600g T-bone steak
A spectacular cut that tastes as good as it looks. Incorporates both fat-lined sirloin and tender fillet, making it a proper crowd-pleaser.
2 x 230g ribeye steaks
The ultimate grilling steak. Succulent and tender thanks to its beautiful marbling, with a richly beefy flavour intensified by dry ageing.
1 x 1.4kg marinated boneless chicken
A whole chicken with its bones expertly removed for speedy cooking, in a marinade of olive oil, orange peel, garlic, fresh oregano and dried oregano.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
1 x 700g rack of lamb
Succulent, tender lamb with a generous covering of fat. A premium cut, French trimmed to create a showstopping centrepiece.
4 x 120g beef burgers
Minced dry-aged beef, seasoned with salt and pepper – nothing else required for the ultimate burger.
150g garlic confit & anchovy steak butter
Unsalted butter flavoured with Worcestershire sauce, anchovy fillets, thyme, chives, rosemary, lemon, miso, olive oil, salt and pepper.
60g black pepper rub
A dry rub containing black peppercorns, salt, sweet smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, brown sugar and cayenne pepper.
When and how will the Meat Box be delivered?
Your Meat Box will be shipped by DPD on a next-day service, with a tracking link shared on dispatch. The delivery window depends on the day and time of your order:
- Monday to Thursday before 11am: delivery next day.
- Monday to Wednesday before 11am: delivery in 2 days.
- Thursday after 11am, Friday, Saturday or Sunday: delivery the following Tuesday.

Provenance Village Butcher was launched in 2013 by Erin Hurst, Guy Gibson, Struan Robertson and Tom Gibson. The team began with a single shop in Notting Hill and a clear sense of mission: to support British farmers whose approach is respectful of animals, in tune with nature and favours quality over volume. Over the years, they have fostered close, long-lasting relationships with a small network of specialist suppliers. They now have five shops in London, staffed by expert butchers.

Provenance Village Butcher aims to provide the freshest products with the longest possible shelf life, within strict food safety guidelines. Their target minimum shelf life for the steaks and lamb is 4-5 days, while the chicken and burgers should be good for 3 days. However, please ensure you check the specific use-by-dates on the label of each product.
Yes they are. For best quality, freeze them immediately after delivery. Unless the label stipulates otherwise, the products are suitable for home freezing in their original packaging for a maximum of 3 months.
