Created by the team behind London’s Michelin-starred Gymkhana restaurant, this spicy, sweet-and-sour chutney is perfect for adding depth to grilled or roasted meats, cutting through the richness of beef or lamb. Tandoor-roasted Madras onions are ground by hand then tempered with black onion seeds, aromatic spices and Kashmiri chilli for bright heat and signature smoky depth.

ABOUT GYMKHANA
Run by the Sethi family, whose restaurants have transformed London’s dining scene, Gymkhana opened to great fanfare in 2014, inspired by the grand Indian social and sports clubs of the same name. The quality of its classic north Indian cuisine led to the award of a Michelin star within a single year of opening, and this was followed by a second star in 2024, making it the only two-star Indian restaurant in the whole of London. Gymkhana Fine Foods launched in 2023, offering home cooks access to the flavours that have won such high praise over the years.
