Created in Germany by Höfats, the CIRCLE 35 is a tabletop plancha grill, powered by liquid bioethanol. Perfect for grilling starters or snacks while your main course cooks on the EGG, it is designed to bring people together in a circle to share the communal pleasure of cooking over fire.
Six clean, odourless flames, encased within glass tubes, provide even heat distribution and considerable power, and can be precisely controlled using a simple dial. The enamelled cast iron plancha offers optimal heat retention and a naturally non-stick surface, while its raised outer rim prevents spills.
The CIRCLE 35 comes with the option of a compatible Pan Set. Its six non-stick pans fit into a circular plate that sits above the flames and beneath the plancha. Depending on the heat, the pans are ideal for either keeping grilled food warm or cooking dishes that are unsuited to the plancha.
Includes two free 1-litre bottles of liquid bioethanol.

FAQs
The CIRCLE 35 runs on liquid bioethanol. Your new CIRCLE 35 will come with two free 1-litre bottles of Höfats liquid bioethanol, but we do not sell the fuel as a separate product.
Depending on the flame height, the Circle 35 will burn for 2-4 hours, using approximately 650ml of liquid bioethanol.
Remove the burner from the base and place it on a level, stable surface. Open the tank lid, fill it with liquid bioethanol, then close the lid and reinsert the burner.
Never try to refill the CIRCLE with bioethanol while it’s burning. Wait until it has completely cooled down before relighting or moving it.
Make sure the control ring is set for maximum flame height, then use a long lighter to ignite the fuel through the opening at the base of each tube. Heat the plancha for 5-10 minutes before grilling.
When you’re finished, use the flame extinguisher included in the package.
Remove food residues from the plancha while still warm, using a rounded spatula, then wipe with a kitchen towel. When cooled, clean the plancha by hand with water or a mild detergent, and a soft brush or sponge. Do not use steel wool, wire brushes or abrasive cleaners.
Carefully clean the outside of the burner with a damp cloth. Do not clean the ends of the wick tubes. Internal cleaning is not necessary. Never put the burner in the dishwasher or hold it under running water.
They are. Remove any food residues while warm using the included wooden spatulas, then, after cooling, the small pans can be washed by hand with mild detergent or in the dishwasher. The wooden spatulas, however, are not dishwasher safe.
