A sausage meat, apricot and chestnut stuffing, perfect with roasted poultry

Set up your EGG

Set up your EGG for indirect cooking, with the ConvEGGtor in the legs-up position topped with the Stainless Steel Grid. The target temperature is 180°C.

Mix all of the stuffing ingredients in a mixing bowl and form into logs or balls – your choice! Place in a skillet or roasting tray.

Roast the stuffing

Cook for 20-25 minutes until the bottom side is nicely browned. Remove, turn, place back in the EGG and cook for a further 20-25 minutes until golden all over.
