Perfect pizza is all about the proofing – the critical hours when a ball of dough is left to come alive through slow fermentation. As the yeasts break down the sugars, small bubbles of CO₂ are released, leading to an airy, chewy, flavour-packed pizza base.
These dough proofing containers, designed for up to 12-inch pizzas, allow individual balls to rise in a controlled way without sticking to surfaces or each other. Crafted from flexible, food-safe silicone, they come with loose-fitting lids that allow gas to escape without drying out the dough. They’re also ideal for freezing and defrosting dough balls.
Comes in a set of six, in three shades of green.
Code: BAB-DPC

Safe and durable
The high-grade silicon makes the containers safe to use and easy to clean. They’re dishwasher and microwave safe and can be used in an oven up to 200°C.
