The carbon neutral Dekton worktop
Dekton, perfects in a few hours what nature creates in thousands of years. Dekton’s exclusive press generates 25,000 tons of uniform pressure (2.5 times the weight of Eiffel Tower). As a result of this ultracompaction process, Dekton has no micro-defects that cause tensions or weak points and it has an almost null porosity. It is abrasion, scratch, impact, water and stain resistant, perfect for those summer parties.
Made for entertaining, made for the EGG
The island’s design is ideal for cooking, entertaining and eating in a perfectly coordinated space with the EGG at its heart – a result of Steve, an EGG-owner himself, understanding its unique demands. There are two conveniently located cupboards and a drawer, all of them sized to accommodate Large EGG accessories. The heat and scratch resistant work top means you can put any hot pans or accessories straight down from the EGG. There’s a built-in electrical plug unit, ideal for the EGG Genius and Rotisserie. On the opposite side, the worktop extends into an overhanging bar, large enough for several guests to pull up a barstool while you wow them with your skills!

Designed for the EGG and for you
Created by award-winning British designer Steve Esdaile of EO Kitchens and handmade in Manchester, this aspirational new product is built from materials of the very highest quality: Italian-made Dekton worktops, a carbon neutral product which is heat-resistant and a weatherproof ceramic, Millboard frontals a premium composite hand-moulded from the finest oak that won’t fade, warp or rot, and high-grade stainless steel frames. Such is its durability the island comes with an unprecedented 15-year warranty. Each item is made to order and can be customised with the colours and finishes that suit your setting. Includes caster wheels, so you can move the Island throughout the day to follow the sun.
The steel we use beneath the stoved powder coating of the frameworks is 304 grade stainless steel as standard. Stainless steel won't rust like mild or 'carbon' steel will. Our frameworks are welded and then dressed by hand before being powder-coated. Base shelves in brushed stainless steel feature a laser-cut perforation design, to allow for air circulation and rain water drainage. Each module has adjustable stainless steel feet to level-up the kitchen.

Premium Millboard Panelling
Over a third of the raw materials used for making the structural core of Millboard is recycled. These materials have been diverted from waste streams and reprocessed to create premium ingredients for our boards. This helps to sustain the earths limited resources and prevents waste. The boards are made partly from renewable raw materials, utilising biopolymers/natural oil polyols as opposed to petroleum-based materials. Natural oil polyols are derived from naturally occurring vegetable oils, a fully renewable raw material base.
All the space you will need
With spacious, soft open and close cupboards either side of the EGG and a spacious drawer under the EGG, store all of your favourite accessories whilst you cook, from charcoal to your rotisserie.

The current lead time is around 4-6 weeks, as your kitchen will be bespoke made to your chosen finish.
Millboard is a composite decking that is 100% wood free, so it doesn’t need capping to protect it, but looks like the real thing. It uses a unique fibreglass reinforced resin-material composition which won’t warp or split along grain boundaries. Dekton is a carbon neutral, sophisticated mixture of more than 20 minerals extracted from nature. This process represents an acerbated version of metamorphic change that occurs in natural stone. As a result of the ultra compaction process, Dekton has no micro-defects that cause tensions or weak points. It is treated to ensure stain resistant technology, UV protection, water resistant, impact resistant and heat resistant. Find out more about Dekton
A cover isn’t required for the EO Kitchen, as Millboard and Dekton are designed with UV protection and are water resistant. However you may wish to purchase a Dome Cover to protect your Big Green Egg - please click here
The Dekton worktop can be easily wiped clean with water and a neutral soap. Avoid using sponges made from metal or with abrasive particles. Millboard is easy to clean and requires no staining or oiling, unlike timber.
The EO Kitchen is only available for the Large Big Green Egg.
You will be able to choose your Millboard and Dekton colour. The design of the EO Kitchen cannot be customised.
Due the intricacy of the kitchen, this will be installed for you in your garden by the expert team from EO Kitchens. You will require a minimum distance of 750mm for access.
Once your order is placed, the team will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. Your full order, including a Big Green Egg and accessories will all be delivered at the same time. Please contact the Customer Service Team at info@biggreenegg.co.uk should you want your accessories to be shipped separately.
EO Kitchens are a premium quality product, constructed using high-specification materials. Our EO Kitchen has a limited 15 year warranty. The kitchen structure framework and structural materials are covered by a 5 year warranty.
Millboard warrant that this product will not: * Split or splinter along grain boundaries * Rot from fungal decay
Dekton warrant that this product will not: * Crack due to extreme hot and cold temperatures, or due to thermal shock * Stain from most common food, beverage and household products, provided care and maintenance guidelines are followed * Fade due to exposure to direct UV sunlight in outdoor applications
